DAY 01

Anuradhapura

Greeting at the airport and leave to Anuradhapura. Proceed to Visit the ancient city of Anuradhapura. Anuradhapura is the First Capital of Sri Lanka for over 1400 years since 3rd Century B.C. The highlights of the tour would be the visits to eight most venerated places including Sri Maha Bodhi, which is oldest authenticated tree in the world (2200 years). It is believed that from the fourth century BCE until the beginning of the 11th century CE Anuradhapura was the capital of the Sinhalese. During this period it remained one of the most stable and durable centers of political power and urban life in South Asia. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 02

Trincomalee

After breakfast, leave to Trincomalee. Trincomalee, one of the finest natural deep-water harbours in the world is located 257 km north-east of Colombo, which is considered as the commercial hub of Sri Lanka. En route visit Mihintale. Mihintale is a mountain peak near Anuradhapura in Sri Lanka. It is believed by Sri Lankans to be the site of a meeting between the Buddhist monk Mahinda and King Devanampiyatissa which inaugurated the presence of Buddhism in Sri Lanka. Relax on the beach. Overnight stay at Trincomalee.

DAY 03

Trincomalee

Trincomalee is home to the fine beaches of Nilaveli, Uppuveli and the off-shore Pigeon Island. After breakfast visit to the pigeon Island and Koneshwaram Hindu temple. It is considered as a major place for Hindu pilgrimage, it was labelled "Rome of the Gentiles/Pagans of the Orient" in some records. Konesvaram holds a significant role in the religious and cultural history of Sri Lanka, as it was likely built during the reign of the early Cholas and the Five Dravidians of the Early Pandyan Kingdom. Relax on the beach.

DAY 04

Dambulla or Sigiriya

After breakfast, leave to Dambulla. It is the centre of vegetable distribution in the country. Major attractions of the area include the largest and best preserved cave temple complex of Sri Lanka. Sigiriya is one of the most valuable historical monuments of Sri Lanka. Referred by locals as the Eighth Wonder of the World Sigiriya Rock Fortress has significant archaeological importance and attracts thousands of tourists every year. Afternoon visit to Sigiriya rock. Overnight stay at Dambulla or Sigiriya.

DAY 05

Polonnaruwa

After breakfast, leave to Polonnaruwa. The Ancient City of Polonnaruwa has been declared a World Heritage Site. Today the ancient city of Polonnaruwa remains one of the best planned archaeological relic cities in the country, standing testimony to the discipline and greatness of the Kingdom's first rulers. After lunch en route enjoy with Minneriya National park or Medirigiriya or enjoy with Elephant ride at Habarana. In these parks, large numbers of Sri Lankan elephants are attracted to grass fields on the edges of the reservoir during the dry season. Overnight stay at Dambulla or Sigiriya

DAY 06

Kandy

After breakfast, leave to Kandy. Visit the Spice garden and Kandy City Tour. In the evening, witness a cultural Kandy dance performance. Overnight stay at Kandy. You will be provided free Lunch on this day. On day 08, Visit the Temple of tooth relic of Lord Buddha, one of the most venerated places by Buddhist in Sri Lanka,and all over the world. The Dalada Maligawa as it is also known enshrines the Sacred Tooth Relic of the Gautama Buddha. Then visit the Peradeniya Botanical garden which is the largest Botanical garden in Sri Lanka.. Overnight stay at Kandy.

DAY 07

Adam’s Peak

After breakfast, leave to Adam’s Peak. Adam’s Peak, also known as Sri Pada, is a 2,243m (7,359 ft) mountain in the central highland region of Sri Lanka. Popular for Sri Lankans and tourists alike. Adam's Peak is important as a watershed. The districts to the south and the east of Adam's Peak yield precious stones—emeralds, rubies and sapphires, for which the island has been famous. En route visit Royal Botanical Garden in Peradeniya which is the largest Botanical garden in Sri Lanka. Overnight stay at Adam’s Peak.

DAY 08

Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast, head to the city in the hills Nuwara Eliya. Nuwara Eliya is a city in the hill country of the Central Province, Sri Lanka. Its name means "city on the plain (table land)" or "city of light". The city is the administrative capital of Nuwara Eliya District, with a picturesque landscape and temperate climate. It is considered to be the most important location for tea production in Sri Lanka. En route visit Tea plantation and Factory, waterfalls very beautiful surrounding, city tour. Overnight stay at Nuwara Eliya.

DAY 09

Ella

In the early morning, at 5 am, head to visit Horton Plains. Horton Plains National Park is a protected area in the central highlands of Sri Lanka and is covered by montane grassland and cloud forest. Then proceed to visit Ella. Ella is surrounded by hills covered with cloud forests and tea plantations. The Ella Gap allows views across the southern plains of Sri Lanka. Nuwara Eliya to Ella is considered as the best train Journey in Sri Lanka. The town has a cooler climate than surrounding lowlands, due to its elevation. After lunch go on to trekking at little Adam’s peak or Ella Rock. Overnight stay at Ella

DAY 10

Tissamaharama

After breakfast, leave to Tissamaharama. Tissamaharama is one of the most pleasant towns in the southern coast. The beautiful man-made tank (reservoir) in Tissa, Tissa Wewa with its remarkable bird life provides the scenic backdrop to the town. En route visit to the Rawana waterfall, Buduruwagala temple. After lunch visit to the Yala national park. Yala hosts a variety of ecosystems ranging from moist monsoon forests to freshwater and marine wetlands. It is one of the 70 Important Bird Areas (IBAs) in Sri Lanka. It is important for the conservation of Sri Lankan elephants, Sri Lankan leopards and aquatic birds. Overnight stay at Tissamaharama.

DAY 11

Mirissa, Galle or Unawatuna

Last day, after breakfast leave to south coast Mirissa. Mirissa's beach and nightlife make it a popular tourist destination. It is also a fishing port and one of the island's main whale and dolphin watching locations. Then head to Unawatuna which is a coastal town in Galle district of Sri Lanka. Unawatuna is a major tourist attraction in Sri Lanka and known for its beach and corals. and Galle. Then proceed to Galle. Prominent landmarks in Galle include the city's natural harbor, the National Maritime Museum and St. Mary's Cathedral founded by Jesuit priests.

DAY 13

Airport

On Day 13, Proceed back to the Airport for Departure.
