DAY 01

Negombo

Arrival the airport. Head to the Negombo which is a major city in Sri Lanka located to the west coast of the Island. It is famous for its sandy beaches and its history woven around fishing industry. Negombo has a large bilingual population of Roman Catholics. In the medieval period Negombo Port was the center of trade and was very famous for its cinnamon cultivation. Visit fishing village and fish market and later relax on the beach. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 02

Dambulla, Sigiriya

After breakfast, leave to Dambulla. It is the centre of vegetable distribution in the country. Major attractions of the area include the largest and best preserved cave temple complex of Sri Lanka. Sigiriya is one of the most valuable historical monuments of Sri Lanka. Referred by locals as the Eighth Wonder of the World this ancient palace and fortress complex has significant archaeological importance and attracts thousands of tourists every year. Afternoon visit to Sigiriya rock. Overnight stay at Sigiriya.

DAY 03

Polonnaruwa

After breakfast, leave to Polonnaruwa. The Ancient City of Polonnaruwa has been declared a World Heritage Site. Today the ancient city of Polonnaruwa remains one of the best planned archaeological relic cities in the country, standing testimony to the discipline and greatness of the Kingdom's first rulers. After lunch en route enjoy with Minneriya National park or Medirigiriya or enjoy with Elephant ride at Habarana. In these parks, large numbers of Sri Lankan elephants are attracted to grass fields on the edges of the reservoir during the dry season. Overnight stay at Dambulla or Sigiriya.

DAY 04

Kandy

After breakfast, leave to Kandy. En route visit Dambulla which is a large town, situated in the Matale District, Central Province of Sri Lanka. It is the centre of vegetable distribution in the country. Major attractions of the area include the largest and best preserved cave temple complex. Ibbankatuwa prehistoric burial site near Dambulla cave temple complexes is the latest archaeological site of significant historical importance found in Dambulla. En route visit Nalanda Gedige, spice growing in the natural habitat and Hindu temple at Matale. Overnight stay at Kandy.

DAY 05

Kitulgala

After breakfast, leave to Kitulgala. En route visit the Peradeniya Botanical garden which is the largest Botanical garden in Sri Lanka. Then leave to Kitulgala lush green destination with wonderful scope for white water rafting in the Kelani River with encounters of grade 2 and 3 rapids. Every rapid gives you great fun and epic excitement! Kithulgala is a paradise for Sri Lanka adventure travellers. Overnight stay at Kitulgala. Rafting activity can be experienced anyone above the age of 8 years.

DAY 06

Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast, head to the city in the hills Nuwara Eliya. Nuwara Eliya is a city in the hill country of the Central Province, Sri Lanka. Its name means "city on the plain (table land)" or "city of light". The city is the administrative capital of Nuwara Eliya District, with a picturesque landscape and temperate climate. It is considered to be the most important location for tea production in Sri Lanka. En route visit Tea plantation and Factory, waterfalls very beautiful surrounding, city tour. Overnight stay at Nuwara Eliya.

DAY 07

Ella

After breakfast, proceed to visit Ella. Ella is surrounded by hills covered with cloud forests and tea plantations. The Ella Gap allows views across the southern plains of Sri Lanka. Nuwara Eliya to Ella is considered as the best train Journey in Sri Lanka. The town has a cooler climate than surrounding lowlands, due to its elevation. After lunch go on to trekking at little Adam’s peak or Ella Rock. Adam's Peak is important as a watershed. The districts to the south and the east of Adam's Peak yield precious stones—emeralds, rubies and sapphires, for which the island has been famous. Overnight stay at Ella.

DAY 08/09

Arugambay

After breakfast, leave to Arugam bay. Arugam Bay is a historic settlement of the ancient Batticaloa Territory. The main settlement in the area, known locally as Ullae, is predominantly Muslim, however, there is a significant Sri Lankan Tamil and Sinhala population to the south of the village, as well as a number of international migrants. While traditionally fishing has dominated the local economy, tourism has grown rapidly in the area in recent years. En route visit Ravana waterfall which is a popular sightseeing attraction in Sri Lanka. It currently ranks as one of the widest falls in the country. Overnight stay at Arugam bay.

DAY 10

Tissamaharama

After breakfast, leave to Tissamaharama. Tissamaharama is one of the most pleasant towns in the southern coast. The beautiful man-made tank (reservoir) in Tissa, Tissa Wewa with its remarkable bird life provides the scenic backdrop to the town. En route visit to the Rawana waterfall, Buduruwagala temple. After lunch visit to the Yala national park. Yala hosts a variety of ecosystems ranging from moist monsoon forests to freshwater and marine wetlands. It is one of the 70 Important Bird Areas (IBAs) in Sri Lanka. It is important for the conservation of Sri Lankan elephants, Sri Lankan leopards and aquatic birds. Overnight stay at Tissamaharama.

DAY 11

Galle

After breakfast, leave to Galle. Galle is a major city in Sri Lanka, situated on the southwestern tip, 119 km from Colombo. On 26 December 2004, the city was devastated by the massive tsunami caused by the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake, which occurred off the coast of Indonesia a thousand miles away. En route visit stick fishing, turtle hatchery and Galle fort, maritime museum, Galle lighthouse. Other prominent landmarks in Galle include the city's natural harbor, the National Maritime Museum, St. Mary's Cathedral and one of the main Shiva temples on the island. Overnight stay at Galle.

DAY 12

Airport

On day 12, proceed back to the Airport for departure.
