DAY 01

AIRPORT / KANDY

Welcome and assistance by your chauffeur who will accompany you. Proceed to Kandy Check in to the hotel. Visit Kandy temple of Tooth Relic, one of the most venerated places by Buddhist in Sri Lanka, and all over the world. The Dalada Maligawa as it is also known enshrines the Sacred Tooth Relic of the Gautama Buddha. Afternoon, enjoy the Kandy city Tour by Tuk Tuk. Visit gemological museum & Souvenir Shop. The city lies in the midst of hills in the Kandy plateau, which crosses an area of tropical plantations, mainly tea. Return to the hotel for overnight sta

DAY 02

KANDY / NAWALAPITIYA / KITULGALA

Kandy Railway Station to take the train to Nawalapitiya. The train has to cross a lot of mountain ranges passing through tea plantations, eucalyptus forests, mountains, villages. Much of the track snakes it way along the edge of the mountains overlooking the beautiful scenery. Then head to jungle trekking in the afternoon at Makanadawa Forest. It is a mini – rainforest like Sinharaja, it is 2 – 3 hours trekking trail through the forest, and you will experience Endemic Birds, fauna and flora in Kitulgala area. Total Trekking distance around 6 – 8 Km. Check in to the hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 03

KITULGALA

White Water rafting in Kitulgala.

The experience of White Water Rafting on the picturesque Kelani River, there are 7 rapids covering 3 major rapids and 4 minor rapids (Grade 2 -3 rapids). Every rapid gives you great fun and epic excitement! Kithulgala is a paradise for Sri Lanka adventure travellers. Rafting activity can be experienced anyone above the age of 8 years and for this activity, safety gear, modern rafts, and a comprehensive safety briefing will be given by our white water rafting instructors beforehand. The distance covered is around 5 KMs and duration of White Water Rafting experience would be approximately 1 – 2 hrs (subject to Kelani River water speed)

Canyoning (Rock sliding and confident Jump)

Canyoning is a multiple adventurous game and there will mini jungle trekking, Rock sliding and confident jump from mini waterfall. The canyoning experience takes approximately two and half hours to reach the destination and return. It is about 02 Km walking distance from the site – and the natural rock on the way provides one the thrill of sliding into the water of the lagoon. An interesting and enthusiastic event provides a maximum fun. Further, this includes a jump from the natural rock into the deep water, which will help one to build up confidence.

Abseiling

Enjoying the view of a stunning Waterfall is already amazing but abseiling takes this adventure far beyond the limits of a normal sightseeing of a tourist. The intense and powerful feeling of the water combined with the fact that you are hanging on a rope and that there is nothing but water beneath and above, will give an adrenaline push like you have never experienced before. Abseiling - Abseil a 110 ft tall waterfall hidden in the highlands of kitulgala. The waterfall “Hadunella” is among one of the most famous waterfalls that are ideal for such an adrenaline rushing extreme sport. The steep fall and the water that flow down along with the abseiler gives the ultimate feeling of adventure while at the same time building a great deal of confidence within themselves!

DAY 04

KITULGALA / HORTON PLAINS

In the early morning, at 5 am, head to visit Horton Plains. Horton Plains National Park is a protected area in the central highlands of Sri Lanka and is covered by montane grassland and cloud forest. Large herds of Sri Lankan sambar deer feature as typical mammals and the park is also an important Bird Area with many species not only endemic to Sri Lanka but restricted to the Horton Plains. The Horton Plains are the headwaters of three major Sri Lankan rivers, the Mahaweli, Kelani, and Walawe. In Sinhala the plains are known as Maha Eliya Plains. This region was designated a national park in 1988. Then proceed to visit Ella. The Ella Gap allows views across the southern plains of Sri Lanka. Overnight stay at Ella.

DAY 05

HORTON PLAINS / GALLE

After breakfast leisure at the hotel. Afternoon, proceed to Galle. It is a major city in Sri Lanka, situated on the southwestern tip, 119 km from Colombo. Other prominent landmarks in Galle include the city's natural harbor, the National Maritime Museum, St. Mary's Cathedral founded by Jesuit priests, one of the main Shiva temples on the island, and Amangalla, the historic luxury hotel. On 26 December 2004, the city was devastated by the massive tsunami caused by the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake, which occurred off the coast of Indonesia a thousand miles away. Galle is home to the Galle International Stadium, which is considered to be one of the most picturesque cricket grounds in the world.

DAY 06

GALLE / COLOMBO

After breakfast, proceed to Colombo. En-route, enjoy a Boat ride at Balapitiya, on the beautiful river that nestles alongside whispering Waters. Madu Ganga is considered as Sri Lanka’s second largest wetland consisting of 32 islands Afternoon, enjoy the Colombo city tour Commercial capital, cosmopolitan city, and main city of the country, Colombo, with its 850,000 inhabitants, offer a vivid image of a city rich in the multiple influences of its past and the diversity of its present. To stroll up and down its streets means to capture a wealth of smells and images reminiscent of a history lavish with events which have sculpted Sri Lanka as it is today. Check in to the hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 07

COLOMBO / AIRPORT

After breakfast, proceed to the Airport for departure.
